501c3 Status

The Second Amendment Law Center is a 501c3 nonprofit entity designated under the IRS Code. Contributions to 2ALC are generally tax-deductible, but you should check with your accountant for your individual deductions. As a 501c3, 2ALC qualifies to receive IRA direct distributions and donations through corporate giving programs. If you have a corporate giving program through your place of employment, please ask for your contributions to go directly to the Second Amendment Law Center.
