JOSHUA ROBERT DALE

Mr. Dale is a Partner and senior attorney at Michel & Associates, P.C. in Long Beach, California, one of the most-renowned firearms law firms in the country. His civil litigation practice includes representing FFLs, firearms wholesalers and manufacturers, and gun ranges in both litigation and corporate governance matters. He also represents individual gun owners and Second Amendment supporters.

In advocating for his clients, Mr. Dale has handled and argued firearms cases in front of prominent state and federal courts of appeals. He has sued numerous law enforcement and other agencies on behalf of clients whose firearms and related property were wrongfully seized or destroyed by overzealous government agents. He also has experience using the courts to recover firearms on behalf of clients in personal property disputes. His civil rights advocacy includes representing clients who have been punished by employers or others for advocating for the Second Amendment. He also advises firearms businesses on corporate compliance and best practices.

A strong advocate of individual liberties and property rights, he is a member of both the California Rifle & Pistol Association and the National Rifle Association. He is also a member of the Federalist Society.  Mr. Dale is licensed to practice law in California and Nevada as well as various federal courts of appeal. He is a 2000 graduate of the Pepperdine School of Law with cum laude honors.
